Levine, Rick – Working with Planetary Pairs

Some planets seem to have natural pairings, like the Sun (objective) and the Moon (subjective) or Mars (hot) and Saturn (cold). There are pairs based on octaves, Neptune being the higher octave of Venus. In “An Astrological Study of Psychological Complexes,” Dane Rudhyar focused on the Jupiter-Mercury pairing. Each and every planetary pair has a story to tell as their threads are woven into a living tapestry. Together, we’ll tell some of these tales by looking at natal charts and transits.
