A logical process indicates how it is possible to rectify a chart even without an approximate birth time. I very much wanted a chart for my mother but records showed 2 different birth years and no time. I started with one very traumatic life experience as a hinge for the correct year. It can be shown that this chart was rectified successfully without special techniques other than basic principles that we all know and use, with a few extra hints.
