The Doubletree SUITES offers free shuttle transportation to and from SeaTac International Airport; please contact them directly from the airport at the bank of hotel phones outside and across from baggage claim. From baggage claim proceed up the escalator to  the skybridge.  Take the escalator or elevator down to the 1st level.  As there are 2 Doubletree hotels near the airport, it is important to contact the SUITES hotel.  Make sure to get on the black Doubletree Suites VAN, not the bus to the Doubletree AIRPORT hotel.

Attendees will have access to the videos (corresponding to your registration) for 2 weeks after the end of the conference – June 10, 2024

Complimentary copies of lectures and workshops are not included in the registration price. You can purchase any audio or video from our store –

Due to copyright issues; we do not allow personal recording of the lectures.  The lectures are professionally recorded and can be purchase at or after the conference. If you choose to ignore this requirement, you will be asked to leave the conference.

Conference Registration – $95 cancellation fee on all refunds before May 1, 2024, there are NO refunds after May 1st.
Pre/post workshops and/or meal only cancellations will incur a 5% fee.

**if you have a hotel reservation at the Doubletree Suites, please do not cancel!!  Contact Laura and she will transfer the reservation to someone on the waitlist.

The in-person conference will be at the DOUBLETREE SUITES HOTEL  – 16500 Southcenter Parkway, Tukwila, WA – across from SOUTHCENTER MALL.

THE DOUBLETREE SUITES HOTEL in Tukwila, just south of downtown Seattle and close to SeaTac International airport.  THERE ARE 2 DOUBLETREE HOTELS near the airport – we are at the Doubletree SUITES @ Southcenter! The conference hotel can sell out quickly, so please make your reservations as soon as possible –  If you have a reservation and need to cancel – please contact Laura Nalbandian first (, please Do NOT cancel them with the hotel.  We will transfer the room out of your name to another attendee who needs the room.

Full Banquet menu. There is nothing like the special ambiance created while eating good food and sharing stimulating conversation!  Don’t miss out on this unique conference experience of community and connection.  It is a dimension that is often missing in other conferences, so come join us! 

The majority of our menus is gluten & dairy free. Contact Laura if you have other dietary restriction or concerns.

If you’ve already registered for the full conference, and wish to add all 5 meals, just let us know and we will add it to your registration.  You can order single dinners for yourself at the price listed on the registration form in the A La Carte section. Cost includes taxes and gratuity.  You have until May 18th to finalize your meal selections. Dress code for Dinner:  We don’t really have a dress code; however, we do encourage you to dress up for dinner! Contact Laura if you have serious dietary restrictions. The Saturday night banquet will likely sellout quickly!

Testing will be required. Masking will NOT be required. We had great success with the NORWAC 2023 testing policy, and we had no reports of COVID during, or post event.  You must bring your own test kit to the conference and test on-site. NORWAC will not be able to provide tests. We also highly recommend that you test before you leave and travel.  Should you test positive on-site, you will not be allowed to attend In-Person, however, you will have access to the virtual conference.

*keep in mind that extra time is needed to COVID test before receiving your registration materials; recommend to arrive at least 30-60 minutes early.

All attendees will have until June 10, 2024, to watch or rewatch the videos.

  4. Your purchased registration items will be listed.
  5. Click on the conference day, and choose any lecture. Click on the lecture and a box will open;  video replay links will be added (these will be unedited so we can get them posted faster).

The Conference Registration Desk will open Thursday, May 23th at 11:00 am for the Austin Coppock pre-conference workshop; Friday, May 24th at 8:00 am for the pre-conference workshops and 10:00 am for general registration, with the Opening Ceremony at 1:00 pm.

The Trade Show includes a large bookstore provided by Astrology Et Al, and a variety of additional vendors, and will be open 8:00 am – 6:00 pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday for your convenience. Check out our website for a full list of our Vendors!
